In 2020 a like-minded group of independent high-end travel company owners got together to form an exclusive community to share our common know-how, private networks, and passion for designing the most unique and special travel experiences for our clients.

Today, our travel design community has become a leading luxury travel powerhouse, inspiring, sharing, and producing some of the most exclusive and creative travel journeys for the most discerning families and individuals around the world.

Our aim is to deliver a real positive impact to the travelers themselves, to the communities, cultures, and ecosystems where we operate, to our own companies, and to the travel industry as a whole.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Alliance is to utilize our association to produce business advantages to the Alliance agencies by pursue initiatives agreed upon its members.

We are proud of the identity and independence of each of our respective agencies. Our
identities and independence are to be respected, never subverted.

THE ALLIANCE VALUES

The four core values of the Alliances are contributing, innovation, commitment and trust. These are values that each Alliance agencies is expected to adhere to in every dealing with the Alliance. It is our shared culture

We believe that we benefit most when we focus on maximizing our own contribution to the Alliance, rather than assessing the contributions of our fellow Alliance agencies. The Alliance is not for agencies which seek only to benefit but are unwilling to contribute. The diversity of our strengths necessarily means that agencies will contribute in different ways and at different times.

 

We trust and believe that we  will ultimately each derive more than we have contributed.

 

We are all equal in the Alliance. Whatever differences may exist between Alliance agencies – in revenues, influence, visibility, etc. – are all irrelevant

We aim to set future standards in the travel community.

 

We are aware of each other’s businesses through the Alliance Best Practice Report. The Report is the main document which reflects our shared innovations. It is made available to members and is reviewed and updated periodically.

What we discuss and share among Alliance agencies is private and confidential.

Alliance members are committed to dedicate time and resources to the success of the Alliance, on a need basis. The Alliance work with the aim of being effective and fast to achieved shared goals. Members are committed to adhere to a response time of 7 days for any request for information.
