Monz Travel is a Dubai-based luxury travel company designing highly personalized journeys for individuals, couples, families, private groups and international business communities. Founder Mona Khalil created the brand in 2022 after nine years as co-founder of Pomalo Travel in Jordan and Dubai, bringing an established client base, extensive destination knowledge and long-standing industry relationships to the new company.

Every journey begins with understanding the traveler: their interests, pace, previous experiences and expectations. The team combines this knowledge with first-hand research and a trusted international network to design each itinerary individually. Hotels, guides, transport, dining and special experiences are selected as parts of a coherent journey rather than assembled from a standard itinerary.

Monz Travel’s expertise includes luxury safaris, expeditions, multigenerational travel, honeymoons, destination weddings, wellness journeys, private yachts and executive retreats. It has particular experience designing YPO and EO chapter and forum travel, supported by Mona’s own experience in YPO leadership. Through JOdyssey, its operation in Amman, the company also provides private luxury travel, celebrations, specialist guides, transportation and concierge support throughout Jordan.

YPO and EO Knowledge Mona’s experience as a former YPO forum and education officer gives the company direct knowledge of chapter retreats, forums and leadership events.

Founder-Led Travel Design Mona remains directly involved in destination research, supplier relationships and client understanding, preserving continuity across repeat journeys.
