OTSWISS

OTSWISS is a nine-person house — six agents and three people running the back office — built around two owners with a combined fifty years in the trade: Omar Seraj, who has worked in travel for more than 33 years, and Xavier Hardy, who joined in 2012 with 17 years' experience already behind him, bringing along three colleagues the pair had already worked with closely for years. The house was not assembled from strangers; it was built around people who already knew how each other worked.

Geneva is home base, and the house has belonged to Serandipians since 2017. What sets its client list apart is who is actually asking: alongside high-end individuals and families, OTSWISS is booked directly by family offices, security companies, private jet operators and concierge services — organizations handing over a client, not just individuals booking their own trip. 

The house describes its own approach as building trips its team has "understood, travelled and lived" first-hand, rather than simply booked from a supplier catalog. Its stated philosophy is direct about what luxury is not: not ostentation, but "meaning, contrast, emotion, and genuine human connection," built around discretion and letting a client disconnect completely from daily life.
