Totem was born from a shared passion for travel and the conviction that the most memorable journeys are never simply about the places we visit, but about the way they make us feel.

Founded in Brussels by Anne Laurant and Aurélie Ferrant, two travel professionals who brought together their experience and knowledge of the world, Totem was built around a simple belief: every traveler has a story, and every journey should be as unique as the person taking it.

For us, designing a journey is an art. It begins with listening: understanding who our clients are, what moves them, what fascinates them, and what they may not yet know they are looking for. From there, we bring together exceptional places, inspiring encounters and carefully chosen experiences to create an itinerary that feels entirely their own.

Our work goes far beyond selecting destinations and booking hotels. We travel extensively to discover places firsthand, build lasting relationships with local partners and seek out places with soul.

We believe that true luxury lies in the details, but also in what cannot be planned: the freedom to linger, the pleasure of being surprised, the feeling of being welcomed somewhere as if you belonged. We create the conditions for these moments to happen, while ensuring that every element of the journey flows naturally and effortlessly.
