Founded in Luxembourg in 2008 by Benoît Lejeune and José Dhur, DayOne is a family-founded luxury travel agency with offices in Luxembourg and Monaco. Led by CEO Joshua Dhur, its multinational team creates bespoke journeys worldwide for individuals, couples, families and private groups, alongside incentive travel, seminars and corporate events.

Every itinerary is shaped by first-hand destination knowledge and honest, personal advice. DayOne draws on direct experience of the hotels, experiences and local partners it recommends, combining that knowledge with an international network to design travel around each client’s interests, pace and occasion — from adventure, gastronomy and wellness to honeymoons, anniversaries and family celebrations. The agency also creates LGBTQI+ and inclusive travel programs.

DayOne supports clients from the first conversation through their return home, with 24/7 assistance throughout the journey. Its ability to manage both private travel and complex group or MICE programs is complemented by a commitment to responsible luxury through Pristine Mood, Serandipians’ sustainability qualification program. The result is personal, well-judged travel managed with care at every stage.
